These terms apply to your use of prodevxsolutions.com, run by ProDevX Solutions, Lagos, Nigeria ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them.

The site describes our web design and development services and shows examples of our work. Information on it is general and does not form an offer or contract.
2. Quotes and projects
A project starts only when we send a written quote or agreement and you accept it. Scope, price, payment terms, timelines and ownership of the finished work are set in that document, and it takes priority over these terms.
3. Enquiries
When you send an enquiry, please give accurate information. We will use it as described in the Privacy Policy. Sending an enquiry does not oblige either side to work together.
4. Our content and work shown
The text, design, code and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Project examples are shown with the clients' permission and remain the property of their owners. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission, except for fair personal use such as sharing a link.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, no automated scraping that harms it, no spam through the contact form, and no unlawful use.
6. Third-party links and services
The site links to and embeds third-party services such as WhatsApp and Calendly. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. No warranties
We try to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We do not promise it will be error-free or always available.
8. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction.
